Position Overview

We are looking for experienced telephone sales reps to join our growing team! Sales Reps that possess communication & people skills, who are confident they can sell a lot of lawn care! You will also receive customer service, sales & agronomic training.

Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for extraordinary people to join our quickly growing company with training classes starting soon.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Recommend services to customers, based on customers needs and interests
• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Supports the company’s mission, goals, and strategies.

Knowledge, Experience, and Other Requirements

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Candidate MUST have access to a computer, and high speed internet.
• Reliable transportation required for in-house training
• Candidate must speak fluent English.
• Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
